Pictograph

Pictograph: Pictograph is a way to represent data in the form of pictures, objects or parts of objects. It helps to analyse the data at a glance.

Reading and Interpreting Pictograph: Reading a pictograph helps in interpreting the data  to get the required information. 

Example: Draw a pictograph showing number of apples sold over 4 months:

Solution: Choose the scale carefully, Here 1 Image = 10 apples sold. Also, half image = 5 apples sold. Observations are:
